Meet
the Coaching Staff The Fully Embraced staff is comprised of a network of professional coaches devoted
to encouraging people to discover what is truly great about them—who God created them to be.
A coach is an individual who empowers someone to achieve results.
According to the International Coach Federation, “Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach
to individual client needs. They seek to elicit solutions and strategies from the client; they believe the client is
naturally creative and resourceful. The coach’s job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and
creativity that the client already has.”

Shari lives in Hagerstown, Maryland with her husband Steve and their
two teenage sons. In 1988 she graduated from Messiah College with a Bachelors degree in Social Work. For a number of years
she worked in various social work capacities. Although seeing that social work benefited others, her experience was that it
did not bring lasting change in lives and circumstances. As Shari drew closer to the Lord she found that the real answers
were found in Jesus Christ. She served alongside her husband in pastoral ministry, co-pastoring with him, for 10 years.
Through the assistance of her own personal coach, Shari discovered that her primary strengths and gifting were
maximized in the coaching profession. Through coaching missionaries, leaders in her congregation, and others who desired to
use their gifts and lives for the glory of the Lord, she discovered that she was fulfilling her purpose.
Shari has a gift for listening deeply and asking pointed and direct questions that
help an individual to clarify and solidify what truly makes them great. She loves to help people discover their unique life
purpose. Shari’s passion is seen and felt by all those around her. She loves walking with others to help them bridge
the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

Despite listening and “coaching” all her life, Karen
hadn’t heard of coaching until her husband started the training process in 2002. It wasn’t until, on a whim,
she chose to attend one of his training sessions that she too understood that this was what she was meant to do. God created Karen to be a wife, mother, coach, leader, presenter, educator,
artist… one who appreciates consistency, challenges, and achievement. She believes that everyone is on a journey.
All that we go through; the good, the bad, the indifferent; the choices that we make; our actions and reactions; help determine
our path in life. Karen has always held comfort in the fact that God has always been right beside her and believes that
God will never give us more than we can handle. “I can do everything through him who gives me strength.”
Philippians 4:13. But she has learned that God gives us the freedom of choice allowing us to make wrong decisions that
usually come with consequences. These are the times that Karen has felt that she has grown the most, turning to God.
Karen understands now through her own life experiences that God doesn’t
give us all the “stuff” on our plates – WE sometimes fill our plates so full that we cover up who we truly
are. She has been blessed with coaches that have helped her reconnect with “who” she is. Karen wants
to share her God given gifts in helping others connect or reconnect with “who” God created them to be.
Karen’s background is in Psychology. She graduated cum laude with her
B.A. in Psychology from Millersville University. She had intended to go on for her master’s in School Counseling;
however, her personal life mission needed her more - family. She has been a wife to her husband, Chris – who has
had the passion to serve since the day they met and who currently serves as Campus Coach for CrossPoint U.M.C. in Harrisburg.
She is also mother to four wonderful kids, Keegan, Caige, Joelle, and Elijah. Their family of six resides in Hummelstown,
PA (next to Hershey). She has stayed very involved with her kids and their school, including but not limited to –
chairing the book fair and 5th grade promotion committees, homeroom parent, and Parents’ Advisory Council, even a little
homeschooling. Karen also enjoys such hobbies as photography, crocheting, drawing pastel portraits, fishing, writing,
puzzles (logic and mind puzzles), and anything that challenges her. She likes to relax and/or de-stress by watching
movies or spending time with her cats or nature.

Although Monica has a degree in Counseling from Mississippi State
University, it is in business where she has spent the past 12 years. As co-owner of www.Classroll.com, she has served as Vice-President of Business Development for the
past 10 years. For the past 6 years she has also co-owned and operated a small business consulting firm with her husband,
The Langenberg Group, Inc.
Monica is active in ministry at her home church of New Beginnings Baptist Church in Bixby, Oklahoma where her husband
serves as Pastor of Business Administration. Monica has felt the call of ministry on her life since she was 14 year old. Her
greatest joy in life is being wife to Terry, and mother to Karis, Kenny, Larissa and Bridgette.
"Here is
my passion in life: To empower women to be all that they were meant to be. To empower them to realize their full potential
and to move beyond merely surviving…. to all out thriving! That is what I want for you."
When I was
first introduced to Coaching, I immediately knew it was what I was created to do. The experience of owning and operating my
own small business and serving along side my husband in ministry has stretched and challenged me in so many ways. I
have taken from this experience the gift of being challenged to grow beyond what I thought I was capable of….. and
out of this experience has grown a deep passion to empower others to realize their full potential and to be all God created
them to be.

Catherine lives in Benicia, California. She serves
at her home church, The Gateway, where her husband Donnie also serves as the men's ministry leader. The journey to becoming a Life Coach began for Catherine over 20 years ago when the Lord led her
to The Network Ministry which helps people find their gifting, purpose and passion. Finding a love for the coaching part of
Network helped move her further towards Life Coach training. Catherine can now clearly see how the Lord was leading her to this life purpose and developing her passion
to help others find their purpose and passion. Through the years Catherine has lead a homeless ministry, a bus ministry and
has been a realtor. All these things in her life were good but she now knows what is great and brings fulfilling joy to her
life. That is coaching and helping people find their unique life path and walk it out with purpose. Thou will
make known to me the path of life. (Psalm 16:11)
